[FIX] The Meaning of the [h_] Tags

These tags will be assigned to any new [h_] member if necessary, when a [h_] member comes back from inactivity if necessary, or when a [h_] member has been demoted for personal reasons.

[S1_m]
Physical Definition: Monitored [S1_m] Member

Description: If you have been assigned this tag, usually, you have just been accepted into [h_]. This is the stage preceding a full [h_] member, which is relatively a short time depending on overall activity. You will be promoted to a full [h_] from this stage when the Assistant Head, [h_] Leaders, or the recruiters have agreed that you are ready. The duration simply is dependent on activity ingame and the forums, as well as your attitude towards other clans and [h_] members. If you do not meet the above requirements, you will be DENIED.

Purpose: The tag allows [h_] Leaders, the Assistant Leader, and recruiters to see if those who are assigned this tag change in behavior or activity during their time in [h_]. If they do not pass this stage, then they will, as stated above, be DENIED. Simply, [h_] is seeking those with maturity and respect.

[S2_t]
Physical Definition: [S2_t] Member in Training

Description: If you have been assigned this tag, you did not display minimal skills during training consistently, you have been demoted because you are lacking these skills and chose not to leave [h_], or you have requested to be trained. Once the [h_] Leaders, the Assistant Head, or the recruiters felt that you have regained the skills, you will be allowed to take this tag off.

Purpose: This tag ensures that [h_] members who require or request training receive the necessary attention to gain combat skills. Training is what holds clan strength together, so every member needs minimal training, regardless.

[h_]
Physical Definition: Full [h_] Member

Description: You will be assigned this tag when you have displayed maturity, respect for clans and fellow comrades, and finally a fine knowledge of combat and tactics. You have displayed that you are an active and loyal member to the clan, and have participated in at least 1 training session. You are no longer monitored or trained.

Do not ask over and over when you will get to be a full [h_] member. We will let you know in advanced. If you ask too many times, you will be DENIED.
